Two days to play with the construction of leporello’s made of single parts which gives more freedom in content and design.
We start making a sturdy leporello build up from more layers and single parts with illustrations/artwork/pictures in passe-partouts at both sides. This way of constructing a leporello is developped for a big commission in 2023.
Where to look at, how to construct it, tips to do it straight and tight, how to make the hinges.
This is a more technical way to make a leporello out of single parts.
The content for this sturdy leporello you have to bring yourself. The decoration for the cover you will make the first day.
The second day we will make at least 4 different free models with visible constructions that are part of the design and add a playfull and decorative element to the book.
Very suitable for graphic designers, letterpress printers, artists and bookbinders who are interested in making playfull leporello’s.
